"Why are you cast down, Oh my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; For I shall yet praise Him, the help of my countenance and my God." ~~ Ps. 42:11, NKJV It is important to turn your thoughts godward when you are discouraged and nothing seems as if it will work out. Praise paves the way for God to work miracles in our lives. ~ JRW ~ |

Soaring Fuel Costs Hurts Meals on Wheels |
The Ever Escalating cost of gasoline is hurting many charities, in- cluding Meals on Wheels, which is struggling to deliver meals to over 20,000 Senior Americans since volunteers now find it hard to keep gas in the tank. Almost 50% of the U.S. Meals on Wheels Program have cut back for lack of volunteer help. Pray. Perhaps God will give you an idea to help this worthy organization. |

Brothers Forever! |
Looking at the photo at the left, most would guess these two are brothers and happy about it. The truth is they are not related by blood. The youngest is Isaac, age 3, the older is Seth, age 11. Issac has white/African American heritage. Seth is Chinese. "These are two of my |
grandchildren," says editor, JoAnn Wray. "We didn't realize they looked so much alike until we saw this photo." Seth is the son of JoAnn's son, Mike and his wife Grace in OK. Isaac is one adopted son of her daughter, Amie, and her husband, Joe, in Minnesota. We're really more alike than different! JoAnn says, "When I think how loved these children are, it makes me see a little how greatly God loves each of us – a love that includes each person on the earth." Around the world, people crave His peace. Open your heart to those hurting people. Start with prayer – that each person will know Him who gave His life for them and experience on their confession of faith, the transfusion of Jesus' blood and knowledge that He has adopted them into His family. |
